Voice mailing
It is a short voice message transferred to the recipients via phone. Voice message enables you to provide information, ask questions, poll the recipients or encourage them to contact the company. Voice Mailing is a versatile business tool that allows for professional and financially optimized communication between the company and the customers. Its mechanisms enable to present a carefully prepared message to the target group of recipients selected by you and in a manner preferred by you!Voice mail can be generated in three different ways:
- Through recording a voice announcement in a professional studio. The announcement is then imported to the system and used in your campaign.
- Through synthetic generation of a message with application of text-to-speech technology, which allows for reading a content of entire message or personalized information.
- Through creating a blended model using both voice announcements (for the main message content) and text-to-speech technology (personalized data or data changing dynamically).

Interaction during campaighn
Voice announcement can have multi-variant structure and change its content depending on answers given by the recipient. After asking a question the system is waiting for an answer in the form of DTMF codes generated through pressing an appropriate key on the keypad. Then the system provides information in accordance with the assumed logic, which content depends on recipient’s reaction to the previous announcement.Using this method you can build simple queries regarding e.g. acceptance to receive an offer, confirmation of data and also more complicated scenarios, e.g. dedicated to carry out an analysis of customer satisfaction derived from a purchased product.
Support for Call Center agents
Lettel is the only platform on the market that offers possibility to support dedicated call center agents, available on-line and connected with the platform through dedicated VIP application, during the campaign.Through monitoring the status of logged in agents, the system controls possible transfers of calls so that they are directed to the available agent or a group of agents, out of which the first idle agent will handle a call. In the event when all agents are busy, the call will wait in a queue until the first agent changes his status from busy to idle. The system may adjust calling speed to the number of available agents so that possible transfers are handled immediately by an agent.
An important characteristic feature of this solution is the fact that the cost of transferred calls is eliminated as the logged in agent works within the internal line handled by Lettel platform.
Self-service model
The system has been built in such a way so that the customer, including a new customer, can manage a record database to a given contact, perform logic operations on that database, add agents and assign them to a given campaign, create scenarios and define campaign parameters. You can do everything by yourself at any time, as a whole or step by step.Customer can use a reporting module, which informs online about the results of the performed action. Customer is also provided with a user manual and support from our customer service department. In case the customer resigns from managing his profile by himself, all operations necessary to create and carry out a campaign will be performed by our customer service department.
